Policies to consider prior to submitting:
I. When joining «eVo», you are joining an elite community of gamers that are proud of the «eVo» tag and what this community stands for. That being said, evo-source allows only ONE community tag. This doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to join other communities. This simply means, while playing our server(s), we ask that you only wear the «eVo» tag. Why this policy? We feel that having multiple community tags will dilute our membership Core.
- Players that wish to wear more than one community tag need not apply
- We make no qualms about being members of other communities, but we expect you to be dedicated to our community with that tag
- The tag as a form of recognition is important and thus that entitles a reasonable sense of familiarity with other members.
II. Each applicant will be considered and voted on by the ‘Division Lead’ group for membership. Individual applications are pitted against the following metrics that include but not limited to:
- Forum activity
- In game activity
- Attitude both in-game and forum
- Ability to handle a player in-game or in the forums should the situation arise
- Known behavior if such context is known
III. This is first and foremost a COMMUNITY and that means there is a certain situation you must handle. That is the incentive to perform or fulfill a responsibility as a member but not be in a position of obligation. We will not require you to do anything but that is a privilege that should be handled responsibly.
- Make the effort to stay up to date on all recruitment or community edicts.
- Be willing to take on the necessary administrative role if it is required or requested (Ie. you’re the only admin around)
- Don’t be unwilling to consult Divisional leaders/Admins over an issue, feedback is key to keeping ourselves in check.
